플라스틱 커피 컵에 사용되는 재료

플라스틱 커피컵의 일반적인 재료로는 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에틸렌(PE)이 있습니다. 폴리스티렌(PS)은 투명성(광투과도 90% 이상)은 높으나 내열성(<60℃) and is brittle. Polypropylene (PP) has high mechanical strength (tensile strength 30-40MPa) and high temperature resistance (120℃), but lower transparency. Polyethylene (PE) is highly corrosion-resistant and inexpensive, but lacks rigidity (flexural modulus approximately 200-300MPa). PP material, because it meets food contact safety standards (FDA certification), is more suitable for holding hot drinks. It is recommended to choose based on the usage scenario: PS is suitable for displaying cold drinks, PP is suitable for taking hot coffee to go, and PE is suitable for low-cost short-term use.
